What Commission
Includes
Thank you for your interest in growing your career at Transcendence Salon & MedSpa. We have several options available for commission based independent artists. You will receive your own salon station with ample storage space as well as a four door storage cabinet in our color room. You will have everything you need to be successful provided for you excluding your shears & hot tools.

We love stylists who specialize in hair color & haircuts & feel confident in their work. Overall we offer a calm, down to earth vibe & support each other while helping each other grow. We love to watch each other become successful & have a serious marketing strategy to help us reach our personal goals.
Our Programs
& Rates
We offer several mentorship programs to help you be as successful as possible. We will teach you everything we know & help your career flourish. You will be asked to sign either a six month or yearly salon lease. Your commission rate is determined by which program best fits your individual needs.
The Associate Program
The associate program is designed for artists who have just graduated school & are learning how to build a clientele. If you need help with color formulations, dimensional haircuts or colors we will be right there beside you to help. We will help you blossom into a seasoned artist. Commission rate is 50 percent.
The Advanced Associate Program
The advanced associate program is designed for artists who have been out of beauty school & working for at least one year. This program is a great fit for an artist who has already built some clientele but still needs help growing. If you need help with color formulations, dimensional haircuts or colors we will be right there beside you to help. We will help you blossom into a seasoned artist. Commission rate is 55 percent.
The Senior Associate Program
The senior associate program is designed for artists who have been out of beauty school & working for at least two years. This program is a great fit for an artist who has already built the majority of their clientele but still needs help growing. As with all of our team members if you need any help we are always eager to assist. Commission rate is 60 percent.
